Regan Grace: Cardiff sign former Bath rugby league winger

Winger Regan Grace has signed with Cardiff for the remainder of the 2024-25 season after completing his move from Bath.

The rugby league player, 28, has been targeted by Cardiff coach Matt Sherratt, who is missing several injured players.

But Arms Park's six-month contract could be extended beyond this season.

Grace said: “I've always been passionate about Cardiff, it's a big, historic club and a lot of legends have played here.”

He added: “Going back to playing on home soil has always been something I wanted to do, so doing it in the capital is a great opportunity.”

“I'm very aware of all the Double Code legends who have played or come to Cardiff, so to follow in those steps is pretty cool.”

It is the latest development in Grace's move from the league to the Etihad after his surprise inclusion on Wales' tour of Australia last summer.

The former St Helens star was only called up to the Wales training squad as an injury replacement, but has joined Debut in the competitive federation Against the Queensland Reds, he scored almost with his first touch.
