He said: “Not only Manchester City but the other teams, it is already in a place where we need a lot to arrest them. I just want to focus on our strengths and use our club to bring one or two players (in). We do all things to be much better in the next season.
“I cannot manage this (expectation). I know that we will not be the biggest competitor in the next year or two years.
“We are doing a lot of things. Sometimes, we changed the players because they had to adapt to our new standards. We have changed a lot of employees, we have changed things inside the club. I cannot say that we need a lot of years – I cannot manage it. I don't say that we will win the title next year – I'm not crazy. Next year, we suffer a lot to be much better.”
