“Deep down, if I wanted to try to break Phil Taylor's record, I'm sure I had it in me,” Littler said.
“If I wanted to, I'm sure I would.
“I just need to keep going. The calendar is stacked all year long.
“I have said in previous interviews, if I won every major title in my career I would be happy, but obviously I would like to add more to the world titles.
“In the families section, when we came to the break, it was really good to see a lot of moms, dads and kids wearing my jerseys throughout the tournament.
“It's been a long three weeks here in London, and I can't wait to get home, relax, and obviously not isolate myself from everyone, but just be with family and text my friends. And obviously I love my Xbox, so I'll see who It is online.
“Just go back to normal, and don't make anyone change what I do.”

With his historic win, Littler broke the record for youngest winner, previously held by rival Van Gerwen when he won the world championship in 2014 against 24-year-old Peter Wright.
Littler, a big Manchester United fan, revealed he had heard from one of the club's legends, David Beckham, following his success at Alexandra Palace, adding that he would display the trophy at Old Trafford if invited.
“Seeing the likes of David Beckham watching it is crazy,” the 17-year-old said.
He said, “Wow, well done,” and I said, “Thank you.”
“This shows how well I am doing for this sport. Not just for myself, but for the hundreds of other professionals out there,” he added.
“By getting the first title, if you finish 2025 with nothing, at least you got the big title to start with.
“Maybe (he will bring the trophy to Old Trafford). I'm glad I beat Stephen (Ponting) because I'm sure he would have been at Anfield (on Sunday's Liverpool-Manchester United match, live). Sky Sports), without a doubt.
