Jack Grilliche emotional revealed his goal against Leicester on the twenty -fifth anniversary of the death of his brother.
Grealish was on the target with the Leicester Slide continuing to land with a 2-0 defeat in the city.
It seems that Pep Guardiola lacks faith in this semester, but his decision to hand him out in the first league since last December, has been justified with a goal in the Premier League in 14 months.
It was an emotional day for the Grealish family. Kelean Grealish was only nine months old when he died of death in 2000, when Jack was four.
He said Sky Sports: “My little brother died 25 years ago today, so it is always difficult for the family, but I was happy to register.
“My mother and my father were here. I had to score and win was great.”

About if he was feeling the relief that breaks his dryness, Grilliche added: “Once I recorded that people will say this.
“This season I was not in my best, even last season. I haven't started in the Premier League since Christmas but I was happy to score today.
“I think my highest balance in the eight season – I didn't come here to score 20 or 30 goals in the season. When I came here, I scored only six goals for Aston Villa. I was never a person who scored constantly, I would like to score more, but I am older than that.

“I wanted an opportunity to play. I only started in the FA Cup in 2025. I felt destroyed not to start the weekend after I started on every round but I played well when I came. I felt I deserved to play.”
Guardiola constructs “incredible” Grealish
Man City boss Pep Guardiola Speak about Grilliche:
“Jack is an incredible person in terms of gestures. He is incredibly generous. He scored a goal, and made a good match, so he is good. This is a man who used to play for free, between the lines he has to control the ball and play an additional pass.
“We miss the opportunities for the third goal, but the rest was really good. Perhaps we could have scored more. The experiences we went through this season, and often we gave up a goal and then after we lost many points.”
