Al Malaeb newspaper – Babylon's Jordan Cup Football Championship (CFI Football Championship) is now limited to only four teams after the quarter-finals of the tournament concluded.
The teams of Ahly, Al-Hussein, Al-Wehdat, and Al-Faisaly have qualified for the semi-finals, the date of which will be determined later, and will witness two confrontations from the original teams, the first between Al-Ahlya and Al-Wehdat drawn, and the announced one between Al-Hussein and Al-Faisaly.

Al-Faisaly’s entry came after defeating Mugheer Al-Sarhan 3-1, through Ahmed Al-Arsan (7), Munther Abu Amara (20), and Kalba Kalbouna (87), after which Muhammad Al-Jawhari scored Al-Mughir’s only goal.
The tournament system is limited to: semi-final matches are held at the end of the first half of one match, and if the regular time for the matches of this round ends in a draw, penalty kicks are taken directly to decide the result.
