Tottenham are set to sign Slavia Prague goalkeeper Antonin Kinski in a deal worth around £12.5m.
The 21-year-old will give Spurs more options in goal, after losing first-choice player Guglielmo Vicario to a broken ankle in November.
Multiple sources involved in the deal say a fee has been agreed for the Czech Republic Under-21 player, but the move has yet to be publicly confirmed by either Tottenham or Slavia Prague.
It is hoped Kinski will complete the paperwork and medical at the end of this week before sealing his permanent move to north London.
He participated in 29 matches with Slavia Prague this season and kept 14 clean sheets.
Manager Ange Postecoglou says he is working with technical director Johan Lange to secure new signings, amid the injury and illness crisis.
Eight players missed the match at home to Newcastle on Saturday, in addition to Rodrigo Bentancur, who was suspended.
Among those out was second-choice goalkeeper Fraser Forster, marking the debut of 25-year-old academy goalkeeper Brandon Austin.
