Row believes that the performance of Wales before marriage in a major tournament can be a shift moment for football in Wales.
“2025 is the moment of great change,” she said. “There have been a lot of developments so far, but this is the ideal opportunity, from the outside, to take football for women seriously.
“There was always this expectation, but sometimes the resources do not meet this expectation.
“We have adopted as a nation for years; women's football has been built for years to reach a point of occurrence.
“This has happened with England in the euro, and I hope to reach a major championship is that it is retreating to the ADRAN league championships and there is a change in that and more investment, and within five or 10 years, we can see progress.”
Wales began her campaign in the Nations League with a narrow defeat 1-0 in Italy before the shock of Sweden with a 1-1 draw at Wrexham.
