The President of the Jordanian Karate Federation, Hassan Masoud, said in his welcome speech:

It started on Friday morning with the participation of 330 male and female players representing the countries of Egypt, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, Yemen and Jordan (the host).

The competitions included the private and group kata category, and the fighting and group category.
In the morning bouts, Jordan achieved 4 gold and 5 silver via Salah Fatyan for the adult kata, Nour Allah Nasser for the adult fighting category for the under-61 kg category, and Muhammad Al-Jaafari in the under-84 kg for adults, in addition to the gold for the group kata.

The winners of the silver medals were: Rawan Al-Shehabi, in the under-51 kg category, Mayar Al-Issa, in the under-14 category, overcoming the under-47 kg category, Ebada Al-Saud, in the under-14 category, Al-Hind, in the under-45 category, and Moamen Saleh, in the under-14 category, overcoming the under-50 kg category. And Muhammad Ali for the 14 category, and India for the 55 kg category.

On Saturday, the fights of the juniors under 21 and Al-Hataal Al-Hamai will be numbered.
