On the first day of 2025 F1 GP GP, it was completed, and we have McLaren 1-2, when the team made a statement at the end of the day. The team was the standard this season, but the gap was very big this time.
Oscar Pacri spent the fastest time at the end of FP2, about ten and a half faster than Lando Norris. In P3, we had George RussellWhich was more than half a second slower than the McLaren duo.
He did not see the first two races to this big gap between the leaders and the chase package, and therefore, it is a surprise. #5. Ferrari is a wild card
It is still difficult to locate Ferrari in the arrangement of the attackers. The team traditionally had a strong car around Bahrain, but it does not necessarily do the task this time. #3. The gaps will not be exaggerated
If we look at the gaps in time tables compared to McLaren, this is a shock to all concerned. Oscar Piasstri and Lando Norris seem to have about half a second on the chase pack, with its appearance.
It is safe to say that the ability to keep the tires in the window helped McLaren, but it seems that the gap is exaggerated. We expect to shrink a little in the GP qualifiers in Bahrain F1.
#2. Max Versaben will appear as the nearest McLaren competitor
Max Verstapen had no perfect bosom in FP2, and therefore, the capabilities exist. At the same time, there are improvements overnightly that will help, as well as put a better engine.
Looking at the way the team works, it may not be a surprise if Verstapen becomes the closest competitor to McLaren Duo in the GP F1 Phenin qualifiers.

Lando Norris and Oscar PiaSSTRI are clearly applicants to the F1 GP GP battle center. It is difficult to choose between the two, as it was equally match this season.
